The Swan is part of Southrop Manor Estate, just a short walk down towards the river. The Manor Farmyard has been restored to an exceptionally high standard to include a courtyard surrounded by four cottages, the largest sleeping eight, the smallest, two. The courtyard as a whole sleeps fourteen.

The River Leach runs through this angelic Cotswold village. With its crystal clear waters, wild brown trout and stunning water meadows, the river offers the chance to see swans, kingfishers or maybe the occasional water vole.
